【摘要】 国家公园作为中国生态文明建设的生动实践，其中的功能区划理论研究对于统筹协调自然资源保护与利用具有重要现实意义。本文以国土空间规划为视角，构建了以“功能+格局”为核心要素的国家公园功能区划理论框架，将国家公园主要功能划分为保护、生态、社会三个维度，既承接了国土空间规划体系，又为评价分析国家公园的指标遴选提供了分类依据；该理论框架建构的生态功能保护格局揭示了国家公园复合生态系统空间格局的本质特征，体现了我国国家公园生态保护第一、国家代表性、全民公益性三大理念的空间表征性，为国家公园功能区划进行空间格局分析提供了理论支撑。国家公园功能区划理论框架蕴蓄了坚持绿色发展和生态保护相结合，协调以人地关系为主的四对关系，注重生态优先、公平正义、文化传承及实践创新四大导向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of ecological civilization construction in China,the study of functional zoning in the development process of national parks has practical significance in coordinating the relationship between natural resource protection and utilization. From the perspective of national spatial planning, this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the functional zoning of national parks with " function+ pattern" as the core element, and divides the main functions of national parks into protection, ecology, and social dimensions, which not only undertakes the system of national spatial planning, but also provides a categorization basis for the selection of indicators for the evaluation and analysis of national parks.Ecological function and protection pattern are the key factors which reflect the essential characteristics of the spatial structure of the composite ecosystem within national parks. This demonstrates the spatial representation of three fundamental principles in China′ s national parks: prioritizing ecological protection, national representativeness, and public welfare,and provides theoretical support for the analysis of the spatial pattern of functional zoning of national parks. The theoretical framework of functional zoning for national parks centered should be guided by principles of balancing green development and ecological protection, as well as coordinating the relationships between humans and the land, with a focus on ecological priority, equity, justice, cultural preservation, and practical innovation.更多还原
